We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pick Packer (Loan Set Representative) to join a fast-paced medical logistics environment.
This role involves the preparation, packing, and coordination of surgical loan kits to support operating theatres across various healthcare facilities.It's a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into the healthcare industry, especially in operations and logistics.
Full training is provided - what matters most is your reliability, communication skills, and willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch medical loan kits for scheduled surgeriesMonitor and manage the return and replenishment of loan setsCommunicate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries and pickupsCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate daily logistics requirementsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock cycle countsEnsure all documentation is complete and invoices are prepared on timeBuild strong professional relationships with hospital staff and theatre teamsContribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processesWhat We're Looking For:Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibilityGreat attention to detail and process-oriented mindsetPositive attitude with a team-first approachStrong communication and organisational skillsWillingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environmentInterest in healthcare logistics or warehouse operationsPrevious experience with inventory systems (highly regarded but not essential)Commitment to a minimum 3 -months term, with potential for long-term growthRequirements:Must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (unlimited work rights)Must provide a valid COVID-19 Vaccination CertificateMust provide two recent professional referencesIf you're looking to break into the healthcare logistics industry and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.
