**About the Position**

We are seeking **enthusiastic and professional wait staff** to join our **Bistro team**. You'll be responsible for **providing exceptional service**, ensuring our guests enjoy a warm, welcoming, and seamless dining experience. This role is perfect for **someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and has a passion for hospitality**.

Previous experience in a **restaurant or bistro setting** is highly regarded, but the right attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality are just as important. We're happy to support **on-the-job training** for those looking to develop their skills further.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver high-quality service** in a fast-paced bistro environment.
- **Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner**, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Work collaboratively** with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- **Take orders accurately and efficiently**, demonstrating a solid knowledge of the menu and specials.
- **Assist with opening and closing duties**, including resetting tables and general restaurant upkeep.

**About You**:

- A **positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality**.
- Previous experience in a **restaurant or similar environment** is preferred but not essential.
- **Confidence in wine service** or a willingness to learn.
- Strong **communication and teamwork skills**.
- Ability to **work efficiently under pressure** while maintaining high service standards.
- A **customer-first mindset**, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
