At Sync Lift Engineering, we don't just build and maintain Australia's critical infrastructure; we build careers.We currently have exciting opportunities in our Projects & Shutdowns Division for skilled and motivated professionals ready to make an impact.Who We AreFounded in 2017 and based in Gladstone, Sync Lift Engineering has grown into a trusted provider of engineering, maintenance, and construction services; across the Mining, Resources, Energy, Renewables, Infrastructure and Marine sectors as well as large-scale projects and shutdowns throughout Queensland.Fabrication.Major and minor maintenance.Large-scale shutdowns and project delivery.With a strong reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and innovative, practical solutions, we combine advanced systems with a highly skilled workforce to deliver real results from pit to port.Position OverviewWe're seeking experienced and dedicated Riggers to join our team on major shutdowns and projects across the Bowen Basin.In this role, you'll perform maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on key mining equipment and infrastructure including:ShovelsCHPPsWhat We're Looking ForExperience working on or with Draglines.Construction White Card.Current Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Gas Test Atmospheres certifications (within 2 years).
Current Standard 11 certificate.A strong commitment to safety and team culture.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Bonus Qualifications (Highly Regarded)Current Coal Board Medical, or ability to obtain one.MSIC (Marine Security Identification Card).
