**Location**:Murdoch, Western Australia (on-site 3 days per week)
**Make an impact at Serco**
As a Procurement Contract Manager based at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll be responsible for managing sub-contracts within the Managed Equipment Service (MES) portfolio. You will work with a range of stakeholders to ensure value for Serco, while supporting the hospital's mission to provide leading healthcare.
- As the Contract Manager in the MES team, you'll make a positive impact by:_
- Leading the management of MES contracts, including dispute resolution and KPI oversight
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure subcontracts meet service and commercial needs
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies and contract management plans
- Managing supplier performance and relationships to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborating with the Legal team to negotiate and manage subcontracts and variations
- Driving continuous improvement in contract management processes

- To be successful in this role you'll have:_
- 3+ years of experience in contract or category management with high-value contracts
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills
- Expertise in stakeholder management and supplier performance management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex issues
