**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a talented **Office Administrator** to support the team on the world class Battlespace Communication System (BCS) Program supporting the development of world class deployed communications systems. The role is based in Brisbane.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to and assist the Program Director
- Coordinate travel bookings and event management and planning
- Manage our office in the Brisbane CBD
- Provide administration support for diary management and meeting bookings for the Leadership Team
- Support presentations by assisting with document preparation and other support functions

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role, in particular admin or PA
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to priortise work load and meet deadlines
- "Can-do" personality - you like to think outside the box and drive innovation, you want to make a difference
- Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet defence security requirements.
