We are seeking our newest team member eager to complete a traineeship, Certificate lll in Early Education & Care.

The successful applicant will be someone who strives for excellence in everything they do, is enthusiastic about learning on the job and also enjoys utilising their own strengths, skills and knowledge to support the team.

At the Rumpus Room we are committed to the highest level of education and care. We believe in not only providing the best experiences for children and families but also for our team of educators.

Hours are full time, 38 hours a week with a rotating roster between the hours of 7am-530pm Monday to Friday. Educators receive one rostered off day a month (that is booked in by you, rather than being planned for you). We close for approximately 2 weeks over the Christmas period, covered partially by public holidays and partially through your leave accruals.

The team at Warabrook Rumpus Room have worked together for a long time and have created a nurturing family feel throughout the centre and within the wider community. We aim to support trainees in developing skills to not only become successful as Cert lll educators, but to thrive in a career in the Early Childhood sector.
