About the role
We are currently seeking an Intelligence Administrator to join our team based at Acacia Prison. This is a full-time position and reports to the Integrity and Intelligence Manager. In this role you will provide high quality administrative support to the Acacia Prison Intelligence Unit (APIU) and contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the APIU. In addition you will conduct the prisoner intake assessment, collate parole review committee information, maintain intelligence databases and undertake any other activities as required of this position.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have;
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
Experience in performing a range of administrative functions, including the compilation of correspondence and minute taking
Demonstrated experience in maintaining computerised and manual information and /or recording systems
The ability to research, analyse and document administrative matters
The ability to prioritise and manage competing demands to meet deadlines
The ability to interact with various stakeholders and adapt communication style appropriately
This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
