Join our forward-thinking IT team at City Holdings Group as aSenior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead - CE (Field Services).
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our Field Services solutions, driving strategic outcomes and seamless digital experiences across the business.Key Responsibilities:Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments via Azure DevOps.Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and user needs.Provide technical support, documentation, and continuous system improvements.To be considered for this role you will have / be:8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on CE and Field Services.Proven success in end-to-end implementations for medium to large enterprises.Expertise in Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs, and data migration.Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and integration best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (CE, Field Services, Finance & Operations) are highly desirable.What's on offer:Exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic IT teamPermanent secure role within growing FM organisationHybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week)Free onsite parking when in officeIf you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.Please apply by sending an updated resume and cover letter.
