**Monday to Friday role with some site travel required.**

**About the Role**:
As our Contracts Manager, your primary role will be to support our Project and Operational Teams. You'll be integral in ensuring commercial and contractual risk is identified and managed while supporting project delivery teams to achieve financial and operational performance targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project delivery timelines
- Facilitate contract execution and coordinate with our commercial team for project securities.
- Assist in the setup of project controls, including cost tracking and progress reports.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation notifications, and contractual notifications and responses.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure coordinated contract management
- Assist the Divisional Manager with monthly project forecasts.
- Provide support and leadership to the Contract Administrators.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Degree in Construction or Contracts Management (preferred).
- 5-10 years' experience within a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of AS, GC21 and NEC.
- Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Coins, Felix or Procore (desirable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients.
- High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a diverse range of tasks.
