TalentWeb is on the hunt for the Office Lead of a successful civil engineering consultancy's Brisbane team If you're looking to put your stamp on a team, develop existing client relationships and become more operational than technical, this could be the one for you.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of civil engineers, designers and drafters;
- Continuing to develop long-standing, existing relationships with developers and utilities authorities;
- Developing the QLD growth strategy;
- Resourcing and financial management of the office and projects.
You will be:
- An experienced Civil Engineer with a background in design and engineering within the urban development sector;
- A team leader and a people person with prior experience leading and developing teams;
- RPEQ and CPEng accredited;
- Working in a client facing role with the confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established consultancy that is experiencing incredible success across NSW, QLD and VIC who are genuinely interested and support the wellbeing and development of their staff at all levels.
