We are seeking a confident and experienced Brand Ambassador with a 'zest for life' to represent a prominent liquor brand **at Melbourne International Airport.** This is a great opportunity to join our wonderful team for 38 hours a week and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment where no one day is the same

To be considered for this role, you must have liquor sales/bar experience, complimented with passion, confidence and a positive attitude. You will be engaging with customers at Melbourne International Airport departing and arriving from all over the world, whist driving sales through building brand awareness by taking the customers through the product journey, providing education & product information as well as tastings.

**Your responsibilities as a Brand Ambassador include**:

- Achieve individual and team targets
- Engage customers with expert education and knowledge of Four Pillars Gin
- Provide exceptional customer service standards in a premium airport environment
- Track and inform new products within the industry
- Energy, passion and drive for promoting and ensuring a great customer experience
- Manage stock, maintain and general upkeep of merchandise in a professional standard
- Working autonomously and take responsibility for outcomes

**SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE**
- Understand and achieve individual and team targets
- Effectively create brand awareness to market and promote the products to customers.
- Engage our customers with excellent customer service skills standards and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to housekeeping guidelines and stock merchandise
- An outgoing and vibrant personality and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the Liquor industry is highly desired
- Current RSA (desirable)
- Well presented

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
