Sportsmart is currently seeking a **FULL TIME** retail sales assistant to join our team at our Kilsyth location.

**Store Location**:Kilsyth

**Role Type**: Full Time (38 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday).

**Departments**:High focus on sales, service and merchandising in all departments.

We're looking for a bright, active and outgoing individual who has a passion for sport to help us expand our sporting goods and equipment business. If you are comfortable working in a fast paced team environment and meeting targets than you will enjoy being part of the Sportsmart team.

The position available will help you expand your career in retail and the sporting goods market and you will be exposed to many opportunities.

Here are some of the qualities we are looking for:

- A passion for sport & fitness especially community and grass roots sport
- Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for assisting customers with their sporting needs
- Strong belief in teamwork and team development
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- An interest in sporting goods products and trends
- Customer service skills
- Experience in dealing with high stock volumes in a retail environment
- Merchandising & visual presentation in detail

**This is permanent full time 38 hour per week position on a Tuesday to Saturday roster which includes peak retail periods including Public Holidays as required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
