**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated Leading Hand Carpenter / Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on carpentry work while also possessing the leadership skills to supervise and ensure the smooth running of our job sites across South Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Directly oversee and participate in various carpentry tasks.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to accurately guide your team.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure timely availability of materials and a seamless workflow on projects.
- Maintain a high level of site safety and performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Trade qualification in carpentry, or in building and construction management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective work programs.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- High attention to detail and a robust work ethic.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Ability to liaise effectively and negotiate with clients and other tradespeople.
- Capable of following detailed instructions but also adept at problem-solving independently.
