Section supervisor (Full Time)

You will be required to assist management in supervising staff and organize driver and work rosters.

Also provide leadership, guidance and coaching to staff and other team members.

**Key skills required for this position are**:

- Current driver's licence
- Motivated, honest and hardworking
- Be able to complete assigned task to meet all timeframes and deadlines
- Focus on quality and OH&S ensuring that every task is carried out in the safest manner
- Demonstrated experience in a hands-on role
- Great communication skills
- Have a passion for the industry
- A willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to make decisions
- Outgoing and engaging personality working well in a team
- Motivate, organize and supervise a team

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Caboolture, QLD 4510: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
