St Paul's has implemented team pastoring, deciding to adopt the "5 M's" purpose driven approach. Whilst we are far from the perfect church, we have seen the Lord work in so many ways.

With so much dedicated energy in different areas, we have seen many people come to know Jesus as Lord and Saviour; many others exploring Christianity; many decide to join our church; surges of additional people step up to serve; as well as many growing in their delight of and love for God. We have been so encouraged to see many people come forth to be better trained in evangelism, and delight in the fruit that the Lord is bringing.

Our Student Minister program will give people to the opportunity to see and be involved in a team pastoring church. You'll get to experience and contribute to training of many lay people who are stepping up into a variety of levels of leadership.
- Be part of our monthly "drivers" training.
- Have regular meetings with our Senior Pastor, Raj Gupta, where we will think about preaching, leading teams, faithfully growing churches, the nature of churches of different sizes, and the leadership pipeline in action.
- Be involved in developing team leadership skills.
- Develop in preaching by reflection and giving it a go.
