We are the Franchisor (Owner) of a medium sized Home Services company with Franchisees based in Brisbane, Sunshine & Gold Coasts. Our office is located in Morayfield.

We are seeking a contractor to operate our Specialise cleaning business which includes Window Cleaning, wall washing, gutter cleaning, Carpet Cleaning & other small cleaning jobs within the Brisbane area.

We are located in Morayfield and you will need to have your own transport to pick up the work vehicle from the office each day, so someone local to the area is preferred.

Company vehicle and equipment will all be supplied and the applicant will need to have an ABN, a manual drivers licence and be hard working, honest, have an eye for detail and able to work independently. As you will be going into clients homes to provide a service, not only do you need to be trustworthy and well presented but have customer service skills and a positive attitude to reflect our company values

Due to working in the Aged Care sector, you will need to be Compliant which includes a current National Police Check and background checks MUST be fully Covid 19 vaccinated and have a Flu Shot.

Experience in cleaning is preferred and training will be provided.

Areas covered are Caboolture/Bribie down to Brisbane and sometimes southside suburbs depending on the work demand.

Wages will be on a profit share basis (base wage per day plus profit share). Currently there is enough work for part time, Monday to Friday, averaging around 4-7 hours per day.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Window cleaning inside & outside of domestic homes up to 2 storeys high. (A Working at heights certificate will be required and can be completed if successful)

Internal cleaning of areas such as ceiling fans, light fittings, tops of cupboards ouild removal etc.

Carpet & Upholstery steam cleaning

Tile & Grout steam cleaning

Venetian blinds and/or shutters are sometimes included

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
