At Albury Shine, we are seeking a skilled Wall and Floor Tiler to join our growing team We specialize in providing professional wall-tiling services for both homes and businesses in Perth.

As a Wall and Floor Tiler, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including renovations, new constructions, and repairs of existing tiles.

**Role**:
Responsible for installing and maintaining various types of tiles on walls and floors in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

**Job Duties**
- Monitoring, cleaning and leveling surfaces to be tiled.
- Removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive.
- Measuring, cutting tiles to fit specific areas and spreading adhesive material onto surfaces.
- Fixing tiles into position, ensuring they are level and aligned.
- Cutting and shaping tiles around obstacles and for edges.
- Using spacers to maintain uniform gaps between tiles.
- Inspecting finished surfaces for imperfections and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Using various tools and equipment such as tile cutters, trowels, spacers, and levels.
- Adhering to building codes, safety regulations and guidelines.
- Identifying and addressing issues such as uneven surfaces or structural problems.
- Maintaining records of work performed.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and give updates on the progress.

**Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience**:
Minimum qualification is AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV with 2 years full-time relevant work experience. Applicant should possess the following skills:

- Attention to detail
- Creativity in design
- Communication abilities

**Salary**: $75,000 Salary Plus Super

Location: Yokine, WA

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
