Part Time @ Cronulla RSLCatering HQ is seeking a hard working Kitchen Hand to join our dedicated Kitchen team at Cronulla RSL.THE BRANDCatering HQ is a family run company that was established in 1996.
We currently have 12 fabulous venues across Sydney.
We believe in striving for excellence at all times and pride ourselves on having an experienced and dedicated team who love their work and their work environment.
KEY DUTIESThorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floorsFood preparation assistanceStock rotation and stock controlFollowing all health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasksAny other adhoc duties as required by our fantastic Chefs and ManagementOperating a commercial dishwasher to a high standardAssist with general kitchen duties under the direction of the Head ChefKEY QUALITIESPrevious experience in a high-volume catering or kitchen hand role is essentialProven experience working in a commercial kitchen environmentKnowledge of WHS (Work Health & Safety) guidelinesAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and eveningsAbility to follow direction and work collaboratively within a teamFlexible availabilityDetail-oriented with excellent communication skills in EnglishKnife skills are a bonus – we'd love to see them
