Darling Group is currently recruiting Event Staff to work across some of Melbourne's most recognised and acclaimed venues.

We are aiming to build a small team of experienced permanent part-time employees to work across our venues, including: The Terrace in the Royal Botanic Gardens, Top Paddock, Higher Ground and The Kettle Black.

The main responsibilities of event staff will include:

- Event and space set-up as per EO
- FOH service and Bartending, depending on the type of event
- Venue pack down and clean up

**Experience & Skills**:

- Exemplary service skills
- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
- 3 plate carry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
- Experience working functions and events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Bar experience is highly regarded

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
