This retail sales opportunity plays a key role in supporting the success of our Sportscraft & JAG concession pads within Myer.
As a Casual Sales Consultant, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and help bring our brands to life through styling and strong product knowledge.Reporting to the Concession Manager, you'll work closely with the team to create personalised experiences for our customers, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to a positive and inspiring store environment.ABOUT YOUCustomer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationshipsAn obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industryThrive on team work and collaborationAre goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIsAbility to prioritise tasks and expectationsImpeccable personal presentation Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periodsRESPONSIBILITIESDeliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targetsBecome an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.Embody our values of:We are a collective, We thrive on change, We are built to last, We play to win.WHERE DO I SIGN?
