**Job Summary**

Rydebuild is looking for a Trade Assistant/Labourer required to work with a close-knit team of tradesmen around Sydney and Inner West suburbs.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, can get stuck in and is eager to learn. This is a varied, all-rounder role so every day is different.

Your role can include, but not be limited to:

- Assisting trades people/builders
- Loading/unloading building materials
- Driving from site to site for pick-ups and drop-offs
- Shovelling/digging
- Using hand and power tools
- Site clean up
- General labouring duties

To be successful, you must be/have:

- Minimum 3 years experience in construction
- Fluent in English
- OH&S Construction Card (White Card)
- Current Driver's licence (work vehicle provided for the right applicant)
- Experience with Power Tools
- Trade background desirable
- Able to take direction
- Show initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as on your own
- Reliable and hardworking
- Excellent communication skills

This is a casual position, 5 days a week with potential to go permanent.
