Are you an experienced Paralegal looking for a great new opportunity? Perigon Group is excited to collaborate with a leading retirement living organisation in their search for a Paralegal in their Brisbane Head Office.

Specialising in providing affordable, stylish, and secure retirement communities, our client is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for quality units catering to the 55-plus cohort.

**The Role**

As a Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting legal operations with various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- **Drafting Legal Documents**: Prepare legal letters, handle disputes, and assist in updating ASIC records.
- **Conveyancer Coverage**: Provide coverage for the conveyancer during leave periods.
- **Legal Documentation Maintenance**: Update and maintain legal documentation for review.
- **Executive Legal Support**: Assist in providing legal support to the CEO based in Sydney, including drafting legal correspondence and managing legal documentation.
- **Office Operations**: Support legal aspects of day-to-day office operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Paralegal with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in drafting legal correspondence, handling disputes, and updating legal records.
- Ability to provide coverage for conveyancer duties during leave periods.
- Familiarity with legal document review and updating processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
