Disability Support Worker

Engaging and dynamic quadraplegic gentleman who requires dedicated support workers to join their team in **Gosnells.**

**2-3 shifts a week - plus occasional leave cover shifts**:

- Wednesday or Thursday 8pm - 10pm
- Monday or Friday 8pm - 10pm
- May be required to pick up other shifts during the week, when team member is on leave.

As Elba Incorporated is a not for profit organisation, support workers employed can **Salary Sacrifice up to $15,000 a year tax free**.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Personal hygiene, grooming and presentation; bathing and brushing teeth
- Bladder & Bowel Care - Suppositories (training provided)
- Catherter Care (training provided)
- Community outings - appointments, shopping etc (car and valid drivers licence required)
- Hoisting or slide board to assist in transferring to and from bed to commode, wheelchair.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
