Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration | Casual - Sydney South & Illawarra
Connect Hearing Australia is hiring casual Client Care Representatives to provide general support and leave cover for our busy hearing clinics across Sydney South & Illawarra (Campbelltown, Caringbah, Revesby, Sutherland) as well as Shellharbour, Wollongong and Bowral.
Work hours are rostered Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with shifts allocated to meet clinic needs.
Flexibility is essential.
Join a team focused on delivering exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.
Full training and ongoing support are provided.
What will you be doing?
Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
Billing clients accurately and processing a range of payments
Learning and using a range of software and applications
What do you need to be successful?
Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
Great communication and active listening skills
Resilience, self-motivation and energy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
Focus on results and the best outcomes for both clinic and clients
Intermediate computer skills
An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
