The ideal candidate will possess significant design experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to manage projects, lead initiatives, and mentor fellow engineers within the team.
This pivotal role involves supporting the Structures team in project management, workload delegation, and client interfacing.The successful candidate will work closely with the Structural team and quickly gain exposure to projects and clients locally, as well as our team and projects across Australia.Day-to-day you will be responsible for undertaking varied engineering tasks as part of a project team, successfully delivering to our clients' requirements.
