RESPONSIBILITIES +
Direct and inspire a team of retail associates
Manage scheduling and wage budgets
Build genuine customer relationships by delivering superior service
Educate customers about the brand while providing expert styling advice
Execute effective merchandising to maintain an attractive, product-focused display
Develop and train staff across all aspects of sales and customer service
Uphold store cleanliness and visual standards
REQUIREMENTS +
Proven leadership and extensive retail experience
