Are you ready to join our team as a labourer and be part of a dedicated crew specialising in insulation installation for both commercial and residential projects in the Southern Highlands? We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work in a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Precisely cut insulation to required lengths
- Install insulation in various areas, including ceilings, under homes, and walls
- Comfortably navigate ladders

**Key Perks**:

- Work hours start at 6am or 7am
- Flexibility to finish early on hot days while receiving a full day's pay
- Varied number of workdays per week depending on the schedule
- Full set of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, including overalls, kneepads, and dust masks

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid White Card
- Ability to work comfortably on ladders
- Strong physical fitness and able-bodied

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Access to your own transportation (unless you reside in Moss Vale, where pick-up and drop-off can be arranged)
- Working at Heights certification
