Do you love lingerie and are you passionate about helping women and providing fantastic customer service? We seek someone in a hands-on management role, working as an e-commerce dispatch team member who can lead junior staff, who is ALSO willing to learn about bra fitting and work in our store, OR an experienced bra fitter who is an expert on all things computers and can work in our store and lead our dispatch team. - The role includes processing and dispatching online orders.
- Receive goods
- Barcoding stock
- Ensure all stock is stored in the appropriate manner to eliminate damage or loss
- Maintaining records on computer
- Quality checking of all goods received
- Assist in stock-takes in store
- Provide exceptional customer service and bra fitting expertise
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer needs
- Offer personalized recommendations and ensure perfect fit
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Utilize sales skills to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth

- Computer savvy, knowledge of social media a bonus.
- Reliable and committed.
- 8-10 years of retail experience (lingerie preferred)
- Proficient in Excel and computer literacy
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and administrative tasks
- Able to use initiative to achieve goals and improve processes
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online retailing (desirable)
