Our beautiful 82 place **Baldivis East** service is looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:

- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
- 5-minute car journey to the local supermarket
- Bus stop within walking distance from the service
- Long standing Executive Service Manager to guide you through your career growth
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential for this role)
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- In-depth experience working in a childcare service
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
- Have strong communication and time-management skills
- Inclusion support experience highly regarded
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
