We're looking for a qualified and experienced ECT with excellent organisational skills ready to advance their career in a service leadership position. You will bring your strength in pedagogy and well-developed leadership skills to a team with a long history of demonstrating, advocating and collaborating across the sector. As Educational Leader, you will work primarily out of ratio to drive high quality practice in alignment with our pedagogical framework amongst a network of peer Ed Leaders, supported by our Pedagogical Leader.
