Maxima, in partnership with ANZ Bank, are seeking committed individuals to undertake a business traineeship as a Customer Care Officer.

This fulltime role will see you gaining hands-on, industry experience and studying towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Customer Service **stream.

**The Role**:
This position provides Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders an opportunity to engage with their local community as an Indigenous Customer Care Officer. As the first point of contact for the ANZ Bank, you will provide high quality customer service, assisting with enquires across all ANZ products and services.

**Duties Include**:

- Respond to incoming and outgoing enquiries
- Update and maintain client files
- Escalate and delegate customer needs where required
- Assist customers use digital banking tools
- Recommend relevant financial products, services, and solutions
- Additional administrative tasks as required

**About You**:

- An interest in the finance and banking industry
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Exhibits a passionate and positive work attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Takes initiative and demonstrates proficient problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and comply with instructions to facilitate this

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Active user and promoter of technology
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
