You'll work alongside our existing SRE and platform engineers to design resilient systems, automate deployment processes, and refine our approach to monitoring and incident response.
Your impact will shape the performance, uptime, and reliability of the platform powering millions of first interactions.What You'll DoDesign, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure that scales with global usageDefine and track SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets and drive reliability improvements in partnership with product teamsImprove and extend our on-call practices, observability tooling, and incident response systemsOwn our CI/CD architecture and deployment pipelines, optimising for speed, safety, and team autonomyLead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and proactively identify systemic risksChampion best practices across engineering for fault tolerance, security, and performanceWhat You'll Bring5+ years in an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role with deep understanding of distributed systemsProven ability to scale systems in production environments, including experience with high-availability architecturesExpertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and a sharp eye for what mattersStrong experience with CI/CD systems, containerisation, and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred)Familiarity with defining and managing SLOs and SLAs across complex systemsA collaborative, mentoring mindset — someone who thrives on unblocking and upskilling othersA strong sense of ownership and a bias toward continuous improvementWhat You GetWe hold a high bar and move with intent.
