**About the role**

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you'll dive into managing the strategy and implementation of our private equity portfolio. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to identifying, implementing and monitoring Impact private equity investments. You'll be involved in building the portfolio, conducting investment research and selection, and managing fund and co-investment assets both in Australia and overseas. Plus, this is a **permanent** position, so it's a great opportunity for long-term growth.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You have a strong interest in impact investing.
- You've got a degree in finance, investments, commerce, or economics.
- You know the Australian superannuation industry.
- You bring extensive experience from the Investments field, you know the ins and outs of legislation, market trends and what's on the horizon.
- You've got advanced research and analysis skills.
