Be confident working with KPIs and individual targets.
Be open to feedback and have a willingness to develop and grow your skillset and knowledge.
Be self-motivated and driven with the desire to succeed and grow.
Go above and beyond for your team at all times.
Skills and qualifications
Previous experience in customer service.
Confident in conversing with and building rapport with customers.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and individual targets.
A strong desire to challenge yourself to succeed and grow.
