Production Clerk

OpportunityVentia, in partnership with the Australian Defence Force, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Production Clerk to join our Admin Support team at RAAF Base Edinburgh.Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting workshop operations through a mix of SAP-based administrative tasks and non-technical support to tradespersons and Defence personnel.

Prepare written work schedules aligned with ADF priorities and assist in maintaining Commonwealth systems.Coordinate site maintenance, subcontractor access, housekeeping, and consumables replenishment.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across workshop operations and administrative processes.About YouProven administrative experience in a workshop environment, with knowledge of workshop flows, Hazchem, and OHS standards.
(essential)Proficient in SAP for maintenance and procurement, and skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
(essential)Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills, with attention to detail in record-keeping and scheduling.Demonstrated initiative, integrity, accountability, and a proactive, can-do attitude.Effective team player with the ability to motivate and support others.Ability to maintain accurate records, schedules, and information systems.Current Australian State or Territory Class C Driver's Licence.
