**Your Opportunity**

Get your foot in the door with this entry-level role at our Sydney Distribution Centre as a **Casual Fulfillment Assistant**. We are looking for someone that can do 1-2 days a week.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Receive incoming stock deliveries, ensuring all items are accurately **checked, authenticated, and accounted for** before being processed into inventory.
- **Organise and store stock efficiently** within the warehouse, maintaining clear records and ensuring items are easy to locate.
- **Pick and pack customer orders** with precision, ensuring items are **packaged securely and presentably** before dispatch.
- Assist in ensuring **all online customer orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched efficiently and accurately**.
- Positively and proactively **help resolve customer service enquiries**, special requests, and order delays when required.
- **Meet KPI standards** for order fulfillment accuracy, speed, and stock management.
- Participate in **periodic stocktake activities**, ensuring inventory counts are correct.
- **Manage and resolve issues related to order fulfillment**, such as incorrect stock allocations or shipping errors.
- Contribute to **warehouse workflow and operations**, supporting various day-to-day tasks as needed.

**Requirements for the role include**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Sufficient IT and computer skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volume of orders.

Pay: $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
