**Key activities**
- Ensure governance, quality, and consistency of work delivered by the Portfolio and Planning OCM/Practice
- Lead and manage the performance and outputs of the OCM/Change team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture
- Review and manage work plans, professional development, recruitment, and team allocation within the Portfolio and Planning OCM Change team
- Advise and coach senior stakeholders, program managers, and executives on best practice OCM/Change outcomes and people impact management
- Identify change risks, issues, and interdependencies between programs/projects, offering solutions to program managers and project sponsors
- Contribute to improving the organisation's Change Management Methodology, OCM/Change Management tools, and templates to ensure their effectiveness and support stakeholders through the change journey

**Skills and experience**
- Experience leading a Change Practice/Portfolio including resource management for projects and programs
- Demonstrated strong people/team management skills and ability to create an effective and collaborative OCM team.
- Experience with executive-level engagement
- Leadership of major projects requiring OCM/change management (upward of $1 million dollars)
- Specialised experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide change strategies
- End-to-end experience of the full spectrum of change within projects (i.e., from simple policy change through to organisational restructures and culture uplift)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills in managing diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Prosci certification or equivalent Organisation Management Change qualification
