**The Role**
As the FP&A Manager, you will be required to provide hands-on support to the Regional Head of FP&A the organisation through providing accurate and insightful financial and commercial reporting and analysis to support key decisions, as well as the planning and reporting processes across the business. The duties of the role will include, but not be limited to the following.
- Support the delivery of accurate and timely monthly management reporting Including monthly financials, revenue reporting, and functional expense reporting
- Support local ANZ S&OP process in particular the management business review
- Provide analytical support around data trends and make recommendations
- Supporting advanced analyses for middle and upper management
- Support recommendations on reporting changes, entries and adjustments, pricing strategy, and/or forecasts
- Participates and support in the development and coordination of the annual planning calendar, budget and forecasts as well as the local S&OP process
- Recommends improvements to planning processes and systems
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
