**As the Maintenance Officer you will**:

- Be responsible for the maintenance of the internal and external aesthetics of the Residential Aged Care Facility including the equipment and support services
- Ensure the Residential Aged Care Facilities are presented at a high standard and are safe for our residents, their representatives, workers, and all on-site visitors
- Contribute to workplace safety by ensuring incidents and hazards are accurately managed and practice changes are implemented as required
- Attend to all programmed and un-programmed maintenance requests in a timely manner and in accordance legislative requirements
- Act as an onsite contact for suppliers and external contractors, ensuring their compliance with Feros Care policies and procedures when conducting work

**About You**:

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, maintenance or similar
- Vaccine Certification in accordance with legislative requirements
- Able to multitask and handle unexpected situations with professionalism
- Current divers licence Ability to drive Feros Care vehicles including minibuses (or willingness to learn and obtain required licence)
- Certificate in Safe Use and Handling of Chemicals and Hazardous Substances is desirable
