**What we need from you**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g., Individual Support
- Experience in aged care, preferably
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care plans
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to our clients' homes
- Current first aid and CPR
