ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic experienced Electronic Security State Operations Manager to oversee our Electronic Security Operations business in Queensland. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in electronic security, innovation and service excellence. You will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, drive operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, supervise, and develop a team of security technicians.
Oversee the delivery of electronic security projects including CCTV, access control, and alarms
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
Collaborate with national leadership to align strategy and performance
Responsible for budgets, resources, and client relationships
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate technical and service delivery.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Proven experience in electronic security operations, ideally in a senior or state-level role (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Solid understanding of electronic security solutions and industry practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
Relevant certifications (e.g., Security Installer License, Construction Card) highly regarded
