**About You**

Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We'd like a team of support workers to build a social rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met emotionally as well as physically.

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values:
**Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver's License & Car
