Casual/Part Time @ Cronulla RSLCatering HQ is looking for proactive Wait Staff to join our dedicated team at Cronulla RSL on a casual or part time basis.
We provide great opportunities and career progression.THE BRANDCatering HQ is a family run company that was established in 1996.
We currently have 12 fabulous venues across Sydney.

This allows our menus and décor to be fresh, interesting and inviting to our guests.
We are known for delivering high quality meals and exceptional customer service.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and serviceAssist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food itemsUnderstand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirementsProvide exceptional quality, consistent coffee and beverages to our guestsAssist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by managementKEY QUALITIESExperience in a similar role is idealHave a strong customer service focusProfessional, upbeat and friendly personalityExceptional attention to detailPositive and flexible attitudeHighest level of presentation and grooming standardsConfidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learnHonest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as neededInnovative - proven experience of genuinely implementing new ideasAble to follow manual handling procedures correctly WHY JOIN US?
