Protect U Insurance Advisers is a Resilium Insurance Broking Authorised Representative. We are General Insurance Advisers. We deal with small to medium size businesses. We have been operating since 2016 and have grown considerably in that time. We have developed strong relationships with our clients and Insurers.

We are looking for an Assistant Account Officer to support our Senior Insurance Advisers.

The role is located on the Central Coast at Erina.

**Role responsibilities**:

- You will be assisting to service an existing book of clients.
- Assist in managing insurance pre-renewals
- Assist in sending renewals and relevant renewal information to clients
- Input data to client management system (Insight)
- Process online quotes and policies via Insurer systems. Risk information will be provided by the Insurance Advisers
- Issue invoices/schedules and other relevant policy documentation to clients
- Issue closing to insurers
- Issue certificates of currency to clients
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations and lapses of policies
- Contact clients in regards to outstanding debtors

**About you**:

- Customer and service focused
- Always deal with clients professionally and respectfully
- Preferred insurance industry experience
- Keen to develop in the role, including completing Tier 1 broking certificate.
- Well organised
- Attention to detail
- Self motivated

Pay: $36.86 - $50.00 per hour
