About You...As someone with previous experience in the fitness industry, you will possess leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
To be successful in this role you would need the following: Strong experience in sales, administration and customer service within a fitness environmentExperience working with Glofox would be a huge advantage
Exceptional presentation and groomingDemonstrate initiative to be productive during down-timeAbility to communicate with a variety of peopleProfessional telephone manner and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of Fitness Centre facilitiesAbility to work under pressure within a busy environmentA bright and friendly personalityWillingness to go the extra mile to help members and Fitness Centre teamStrong problem solving abilitiesComputer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office products APPLY NOW
