Our client, Downtime Solutions Pty Ltd t/as DTS Service Centre, is seeking a skilled Automotive Electrician to join the team in Charters Towers.
This role involves working on a variety of vehicles and machinery, including light vehicles, trucks, and heavy earthmoving equipment.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and componentsUse diagnostic equipment to find and fix electrical issuesTest and replace alternators, starters, and other electrical partsRepair and replace faulty ignition and wiringAdjust engine control systemsConnect power-operated accessories to the power supplyTroubleshoot electronic devices in new and used vehicles, including trucks and earthmoving equipmentMaintain, diagnose, and repair automotive air conditioning systemsSkills and Requirements:with relevant trade qualificationwith atleast 3 years of experience in a similar roleAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsStrong time management skills to meet deadlines and repair estimatesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills for documentation and reportingTo Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to apply.
