**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
- Some carpentry repairs and installs
- Moving and fixing furniture
- Pavement / pothole repairs
- Using basic hand + power tools
- Carry out preventative maintenance program as scheduled.
- Painting, Carpentry, Roof repairs
- Minor Welding
- General building repairs
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous background within a trade advantageous
- Experience carrying out carpentry and maintenance services advantageous
- Experience carrying out welding and fabrication advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and good common sense
- Have pride in what they do and how they achieve it
- Reliable, flexible and punctual approach to your work
- Value safety as a priority in the workplace
- The ability to deliver prompt and efficient maintenance solutions
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekend and nights (as required)
- Strong eye for detail and able to follow instructions
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage own time
- A "can do" attitude
