The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and a proven track record of producing high-quality visual content.
This role requires a creative thinker who can balance artistic flair with strategic objectives to produce designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective.Key Responsibilities:Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, eDMs, social media, programmatic display ads, brochures, presentations, event materials and more.Collaborate with the marketing, product and clinical teams to produce compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.Effectively interpret and execute design briefs from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with strategic goals.Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communications.Identify and leverage new design trends, tools and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.Prepare and present design proposals and mockups to the Creative Manager and stakeholders.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple brands and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, in an agency or in-house creative team.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, including branding, digital marketing materials and print design.Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, content hierarchy and composition.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to receive and incorporate feedback into design revisions.Experience in updating and maintaining websites using WordPress.Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, including branding, digital marketing materials and print design.Desirable Skills:Experience with motion graphics, video editing, DesignModo, HTML and/or UX/UI design.Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Zoho Campaigns.Familiarity with healthcare or professional services industries.Exciting Opportunity Awaits
