The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for an experienced Collision Workshop/Production Manager to lead our workshop team and help drive our business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with management experience or for a workshop professional (Panel or Paint Team Lead etc) looking to take the next step in their career.
As the Production Manager, you'll be supporting the Centre Manager while managing and guiding a team of panel beaters, spray painters, and other production staff. You'll have the chance to develop your leadership skills while overseeing workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Role Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe working environment for all staff at the workshopOversee vehicle processing upon arrival and manage the flow of repairsManage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality repairsMeet productivity targets and customer expectations for the siteSupport the management of the site to drive profitability and customer satisfaction

Previous experience in a management role within the collision repair industry (essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to set, manage, and adhere to deadlinesDemonstrated problem-solving abilitiesOrganisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelA natural leader who can motivate and manage a team to get the best resultsStrong commitment to maintaining a safe working environmentReliable, punctual, and hard-working
