**The Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join the Darling Downs Skin Cancer Centre. This is the perfect role for a Practice Manager with the skills to facilitate change, develop initiatives and delegate within a vibrant and effective team. Supported by a dedicated Area Manager, you will lead the team at our Toowoomba clinic. Your key responsibilities will be to lead the team, grow the business and oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic. The clinics current operating hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.

Other key responsibilities for this role include;
- Manage, support and mentor the team to ensure smooth operations
- Drive productivity and efficiency within the clinic
- Lead patient customer service excellence
- Onboard and train new team members
- Provide reception support as required
- Active participation in marketing initiatives
- Account and budget management

**Your Background/ Qualifications**
- Experience in a Practice Manager role or similar role within the Healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience using practice management software is desirable
- Strong customer service skills and understanding of the ethos of patient care
- Ability to manage key expenses in line with the budget and focus on achieving KPIs
- Brilliant people management skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
- Ability to engage, motivate and manage team members to achieve desired business outcomes
- Experience in onboarding, training and rostering team members and the onboarding of new doctors
- Mindset for business development, innovation and growth
- Authorised to work in Australia
